I think at release proc items would proc on the multiple times per casting but that's been fixed now.

Ima just have too point this out - chronos: 20% cdr. Gladiator: 10% cdr. Blue buff: 10% cdr. Blue totem: 10% cdr. Red pot: 10% cdr = 20+10+10+10+10 = 60% cdr xD *read replies, blue buff doesn't give cdr anymore and mast swapped too green totem late game, but it is a good idea too keep a heads up on the Blue totem giving 10% cdr so that you don't overcap unless you wanted to go baubble which puts your max cdr to 50%*
