Lauren’s story was so touching! I just had my first “ beans and rice” meal after spending only 62 dollars at the store for food for the next two weeks. My meal consisted of 1 cup black beans, 1 cup quinoa, 1 cup kale and 1 cup spinach, and a little olive oil and spices. Breakfast is oatmeal and 1 egg, and lunch is a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. I even bought mostly organic.

Yes, I stopped giving to "big charities" long time ago. Too many stories of fraud and abuse. You have no idea where the money is going. Individual gifts are so much more effective, because 100% of it goes to the person who needs it. My #1 rule though is I do not give to anyone who asks me for money.

Watching from the UK, been working on the first two baby steps for just under a year now, after a few false starts, but I keep focused on the goal. Paid off first small debt late last year and saved a little and encourages me to keep going to pay it all off. It does down slowly but surely month by month. My priority is to follow Dave's plan and win against debt, pay off my house and become wealthy. One key is don't take on any new debt to dig further holes. Very inspirational videos here.

Although I’ve used debt to propel my wealth, I do like most of Dave’s principles. It’s really cool to see what he’s taught and the lives he’s touched with the business he’s built. Rewarding people brings rewards in your life!! Bless y’all! Peace out!!

It's so very difficult to get out of debt. A long slow tedious painful process that requires lots and lots and lots of sacrifice. However if you can dig your way out and finally get everything paid off it's one of the most amazing feelings in the world to finally finally finally be free.
