ingredient list
200 g cheese - I used mountain cheese
2 eggplants
2 potatoes
3 tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil - or a vegetable oil
Just add some salt and pepper to taste
The cheese is grated and the other ingredients are thinly sliced
The ingredients are enough for about 4 layers
Bake the casserole at 180° C. for approx. 1 hour - only bottom and top heat (no circulating air)
