I wasn’t there but it looked like she was going to face plant and someone tried to catch her but it was too late. Or something?

That's exactly what happened. Children, no surprise, are blaming him when in reality he was trying to save her from killing herself. She broke her fucking knee from that fall and it could have been worse@@carolinewillow1081
