Among the most sought-after U.S. paper money of the late 1960s are the short-lived "Barr" Notes. The bills feature the signature of then Secretary of the Treasury, Joseph W. Barr. Barr had a relatively short term of office, the shortest of anyone that has held the position (December 21, 1968 - January 20,1969), leading to hoarding of these $1 Secretary Barr Notes. These notes are Series 1963B.

0:59 4 consecutive zeros is considered low serial number 2 and 3 zeros sell for usually face value or $1 more

1:07 it is only collectible because it is a starnote depending on the print run it could just be spending money

Write $100 star note from whichever year the bill is from on Ebay and see how much they go for?
