BTW Article 1 Section 3 of the constitution is specifically about explaining the rules and the role of the senate - and this paragraph is about what happens after the senate convicts... which never happened with Trump. Basically, impeachment is like "charging" him for doing something wrong, and then the senate decides guilt or innocence of the charges brought by the house... except this process is political and not criminal. They can impeach for any reason whatsoever without considering whether or not be broke any laws because it's not a legal process.
