This is from Thursday 8th October 1964 - the penultimate edition of TOTP to be broadcast under an Old Etonian PM (the show wouldn't exist by the time we got another one; it didn't need to exist, for reasons intimately related to Cameron's very existence).

attractor - The USA had Shindig and Dick Clark's American Bandstand, not to mention Soul Train from which TOTPtook film clips.
