Stayed tuned I toured several brand new prefab home models and they will all be coming very soon! This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud or modular home! The manufacturer for this house is Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the “PRI 3284-2058” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,400 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

My wife and I just ordered the 2058. What we did was what so many have suggested. We removed the 2nd TV and fireplace, and adding 10’ of built in hutch. Also adding a sliding glass door to the “den” instead of the windows, essentially turning it into a dining room. In the “dining room”, we are putting in a fun round table and turning it into a game room/bar area. Keep in mind, Sunshine homes are highly customizable! The reason we chose them!

This is a really nice house. I'm not liking the two living rooms connected to each other. I think I'd prefer the dining room next to the kitchen with a large sliding door and then use the current dining room as a office maybe some nice doors or something creative to separate the space.

Completely agree, I'd close off the dining room and make it an office. Then use the den as a dining room, no second fireplace. I don't mind a second living room/den in a house, but when they're literally right next to each other it really defeats their purpose and looks super weird.

I agree. Don't really see the point of a den and living room. Overall the home is beautiful.

OMG the freezer in the utility room!!!! I love it, in today’s economy I have always wondered why there was never room for a freezer, with a large family you need one. I love everything about this home❤️😄great job showing 👏👏

I so agree! A big plus is its inside the house vs a garage outside. This freezer is a must for any family, shoot, we have one like this and there is just the two of us.

Watching two tvs at the same time threw me off. It's not mortar but grout between the tiles. A lot of space everywhere but no pantry?

This one is almost a 10. I do love not having a marriage line on the floor. That has always been a deal breaker for me. Love the freezer in the laundry room. Excellent floor plan throughout. There are a lot more pros than cons on this home. Needed a pantry and a coat closet close to the front entry. I would respectfully give it a 9.5 out of 10. Keep them coming. I appreciate the work you do, and God bless you and your family. ❤️

Grout in the shower, Chance. Love the beams. The kitchen is very nice. Master bath is also great. I always like seeing a spot for a freezer. First thing I'd have to do to this house is build some arches to separate the living, dining, kitchen, and den. Or, I could just buy another home. 😂 But, yeah, this is a nice home. The cats and I would get lost in it. 😂 Thank you, Chance. Blessings

I love your videos, because not only do you spread the word and visual appeal of today’s manufactured homes of today, your enthusiasm and commentary is fun to hear! You are too hard on yourself and remember you are doing us a favor seeing what craftsmanship is out there, without having to physically go out and look. This has to be the most beautiful, well thought out home I’ve ever seen in your videos. It’s not only gorgeous inside, but offers great curb appeal and that KITCHEN!! I’d love to have a kitchen like this and those cabinets! I’m in complete awe!

I think the den and living room are strange. A den is nice if it’s far from the living room. I feel like only one room can be used at a time or tv noise will clash.

This home has great curb appeal! I love the entrance with the stone work and if the entire rest of the house could be clad in Hardy plank siding and maybe be an option for an off frame modular I think that would be awesome!! And I'd want to use a door like the back door for the front entrance too. OH! and a three Bedroom option would be nice too!! I forgot to mention that it was a very nice gesture to add the ramp to the entrance assembly for this home too. The kitchen and living areas are really nice! However, one of those electric fireplaces, and I 'm thinking the back one, would have to be replaced with a wood burning one. An electric fireplace is USELESS if the power goes out!!! And if I could reconfigure those three big windows I would, maybe an atrium door to provide access to a screened porch. It has a nice utility room, not too far from the kitchen for bringing the groceries in from the garage. And I really like the granite counter tops, maybe quartz if they were an option. The three extra bedrooms are huge as they go. Super nice Master and the Master Bath is sort of too much for a geezer like me. The shower has too high of a curb and I'm talking about the shower the lines between the tiles is grout, not mortar. I need a lower entry into a shower and some way to help me in and out of that tub! Where it sits there isn't an option for my customary walk in tub. I LOVE the big ol' closet too!! It opens into the bedroom not the bath!! Overall, this is a spectacular home for a growing family. And even though I live alone a 3 bedroom size of this basic style with some modifications would make me proud to own it!!

Love the open floor plan! The large amount of space and natural light from the windows in there is crazy. Also love the tall ceilings and the good sized bedrooms. All the closets look so spacious. Those guest bedroom closets are definitely bigger than my closet lol. And the bathrooms wow really good. One of the best mobile homes yet!

What a glorious home indeed. Needs a coat closet and pantry, but with all those cabinets in the kitchen, it might serve as a pantry. Loved the larger bedrooms, no wire racks and overall layout was great. Nice appliances included too. This is probably one of my top 10 to date so far! Love.. love ... LOVE this home! My favorite of all the homes shown yet. The TRUE open floor plan is amazing. It would keep me, the host, involved with and close to my family and friends, while I prepare meals in the kitchen. I am in the market searching and I believe you just found my new home. Price???? Ok first of all:a Ramp to the entrance! God bless them for that. I love this one, ship lap, beams , fireplaces, undermount sinks! Pendant lights, and all of the bedrooms are spacious. Grout is what they put between tiles, mortar is between bricks. ❤ What is the price???

This home is absolutely gorgeous...that refrigerator is definitely the out of this world .... the den is nice but so close to the living room each t.v will cancel out the other easy fix i guess... the freezer in the laundry room is a smart idea 💡 never enough space in the freezer in the kitchen ... the outside of this home is beautiful...I would add a porch and a deck in the back... all wooden shelves was a nice touch and the vents in the ceiling is always nice. I'm with some others here. I love the freezer. At first, I thought as you first talked about it. Oooo... another but smaller fridge. Nope, a freezer. I love the idea of the big freezer in the home. ( Mine is in my garage, and I have to go outside in order to get in the garage. It's not fun in Iowa winters.) By the way Chance, I love watching your videos. You've shown us many homes that I love. If I ever have to rebuild because of a storm taking my house out like it tried to do in August 2020. I'm marathoning your channel to find my new home. So many to choose and I love them all.

You always do a great job, Chance. Don't think you make mistakes! Nobody is perfect, so just continue being Chance and enjoy making the videos! I love them. I really like this house. Specially the color of the flooring. I'm over carpet! Nothing but dirty. They're never clean. This tile is easy to mop and always looks clean. The only thing I would change is leave out the cabinet/shelves/whatever-it's-called in the master bathroom with the mirrors on each side. I'd rather have just one very wide mirror. Otherwise, I'll take it. So far I've wanted about a dozen of these that you've shown! Gonna have to get rich, quick!

Such a beautiful entrance into the house and the living room is absolutely gorgeous..The dining room looks awesome in its own little area...Then the view of the Spectacular kitchen from the living room is immaculate...The whole concept of the home is absolutely Designed perfectly.The color scheme flows through the house just so that each area looks spacious and roomier..The windows are elongated and brings in the natural sun light and could help on the energy (light) bill..The Architect and Design Team did an immaculate job as did the Construction Crew...This home should make Home Of The Year.. This house is beautiful. I love having the vents in the ceiling for central heating/cooling and love everything except how close the den and living room appear to be. With 2 TVs on that may clash, but everything else is great.

Personal experience, using full height cabinetry in place of a pantry “room” is easier to manage, organize, access. Also looks better imho.

I thought the same thing! All of those drop dead cabinets make up for it…that’s a whole lot of cabinets in there! A dream kitchen if you ask me. You could also put a small stand alone pantry in the laundry room I guess. I’ve always wanted a laundry room, too, not my garage area for my laundry.
