🟡Number 07 - Aprazível
It's difficult to come across Aprazivel by accident. To get here, ride the tram up to Santa Teresa's hills and follow the steep cobblestone streets to the neighborhood's highest summits. A seemingly innocuous door leads down into a multi-leveled theater with low lighting, tropical foliage, and a panoramic view of the city below. Aprazvel received a L'Assiette Michelin medal for its cozy atmosphere and innovative take on Brazilian cuisine.
🟡Number 06 - Helena Rizzo
Mani will be successful working at Helena Rizzo's Sao Paulo restaurant. Helena has now been awarded the best female chef on the planet in Brazil. As a result, she is regarded as the second best chef in Brazil, ranking second among the top ten cooks.
Rizzo, who was named the best female gourmet specialist in Latin America a year ago, was elevated to the position of world's best female culinary expert 2014 in a declaration made Tuesday, for creating delectable foods that "energize the toughest commentators," the abrogating criteria for capturing the grand title. As a result, she is regarded as one of the top female cooks in Brazil.
It's an incredible accomplishment for Rizzo that the restaurant she co-owns with her culinary master husband Daniel Redondo began only eight years ago in Brazil.

CT Boucherie is part of the restaurant chain operated by French chef Claude Troisgros and is well-known for serving premium cuts of Brazilian meat. The large front windows let in lots of light, giving this busy bistro a welcoming environment where customers can taste world-class steak and wine in a relaxed setting. Diners select a cut of meat and a sauce, which is then served with baked plantain, farofa, tomato risotto, parsnip purée, crispy potatoes, and a variety of additional side dishes.

Leticia Moreinos Schwartz, a culinary specialist and cookbook author, grew up in Brazil. She holds a BA in financial elements and traveled to the United States to pursue a career in cuisine. She graduated from The French Culinary Institute with degrees in Culinary and Pastry Arts and worked in some of New York's best restaurants. Moreinos Schwartz, a gourmet specialist, subsequently focused on reporting, and she is the author of the award-winning books The Brazilian Kitchen and My Rio de Janeiro. She is now ranked eighth among top Brazilian cooks.
🟡Number 03 - L’Étoile
L'Étoile's low lighting and exquisite décor create a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The menu reinvents Brazilian classics using French techniques, resulting in new and contemporary selections. Guests can order items from either the à la carte menu or the diversified tasting menu. The location sits on the 26th floor of the Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel, with stunning views of Rio's shoreline.

Pedro de Artagão é Rio de Janeiro-based chef and businessman best known for his work at Irajá Gastrô, Formidable Bistrot, and Cozinha Artago.
Among elite Brazilian chefs, he is the ninth most successful chef. He is most characterized by his curiosity and bravery. Pedro established two restaurants in Rio in 2015: Formidable Bistrot and Cozinha Artago. His interest in gastronomy began when he was a child, when he began selling pies. He progressed from Tourism and Hotel Management to his first job as a culinary expert at Cordato, in Hotel Transamérica, Barra.
🟡Number 01 - Chef Claude Troisgros
Claude began working with fresh Brazilian indigenous produce and developed a way for tropical French cooking that became his trademark. He is Brazil's eighth most popular chef. He intended to stay in Brazil for a daring two-year period, but he was captivated by the country's extraordinary flavors and atmosphere and has been living there for about thirty-five years.
