Women's self-defense moves is something that every woman must know. If you are not aware of it, then Rhea Chakraborty has got some self-defense techniques for you on this Women's Day. Rhea demonstrated the techniques of Krav Maga. For the uninitiated, Krav Maga is hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces and is regarded as one of the best self-defense techniques.
Rhea listed 4 situations - (1) What if the attacker grab you by your wrist, (2) When the attacker puts all the force and grabs you from back, (3) What if he pushed you against the wall and (4) the worse if the attacker is on the top of you?
