I have videos vs tank Yasuo or normal Yasuo on my channel. I play with Resolve runes vs him. If hes good, i go first with Riftmaker. If hes not that good, i go with infinity and mana boots. Is not that hard. Try to bully him at lv 3, you have insane damage and you can kill him if you are fast. At lv 5 you have full combo and you can kill him almost oneshot. Go with mana boots and orb. You can hunt him very easily, wait the perfect moment and catch him with E + Q and passive. If you have a hard time with him, talk with jungle for a gank.

Conq is still good. I played with Conq last week. If enemy team is too strong and they have many tank champs, you can go with Conq. You can try armor boots, riftmaker, lich Bane, Rabadon, orb, trydent, Liandry etc. or depends the enemy.
