Thank you for your informative videos. I really enjoy using Biossance skincare which is sold at Sephora in the states. Their introductory sets are good value. I am on my 3rd bottle of both their Copper peptide and their vitamin C oil. Their eye cream is excellent for sensitive eyes.

Also noticed the Oil of Olay super serum just arrived in the Uk and is on the Boots website as half price introductory offer so have ordered at the same time. Thank you for this great video. I am currently using up skincare so not buying anything new but next for me will be BOJ. Very affordable and had so many great reviews. I have tried a few Dr Sam products and they haven’t done it for me but I’m quite interested in the vitamin C product. How does it compare with Dermatica’s fresh Vitamin C? I use it with no issues but can’t use it on my neck. If I could only buy one Niod product it would be the SDSM. I use it every day without fail. Waiting to try the Copper peptide serum. It’s in my cabinet waiting for me to run out of a City Beauty serum I was sent. Your skin is looking so good. 😊

I have just changed my Dermatica prescription . They took out the niacinamide and put in hydroquinone . Within two days all my sore peeling skin was gone. I never knew niacinamide could cause such issues

I love love Korean skincare. My holy grail eye cream has been Benton fermented eye cream. So very hydrating. But wanting to try a different one. I was not impressed at all with NIODD Saccharide Mist. It never gave a fine mist, it was a horrible splat of product in splotches. Korean Essences work soo much better for me. I’m assuming I got a bad one of the NIODD mist. Pungkhang Yul has a beautiful eye cream and so many great products. He discovered that they sped up healing on burn patients in a Burn Unit. Very interesting story behind their products. The first product I ordered of this brand was the healing balm. It’s a bit hard to rub in, but it was so healing on my mature, dry, dehydrated skin. I’ve got his Eye Cream in my cart to order. Also have used BYOMA.. love the balm and I also LOVE the moisturizers but unfortunately had to stop buying the moisturizers because the packaging is terrible 🙁. I have wasted two bottles because they would suddenly stop pumping and there was no way to get the product out. They need to change the packaging on the moisturizers and other products that have it 🙁 27:29

Beauty of Joseon is also a favorite of mine. The Niod mist is also a favorite. I'm on my 3rd bottle, and I only use it in the morning. Can you recommend a night cream with everything in it, for those nights when I just cannot do much more than wash my face? I am disabled and there are times I just don't have the ability to do my normal skincare routine. Can you help?

I know you sometimes try things that are suggested, I recently came across a company called One Skin, they have 3 products and all are pretty damn pricey but they claim to literally turn back the clock. I really want to try it but it's just so expensive. I'd be very interested to know if you've heard of them and if you might be willing to give their products a try. I trust you much more than a company's own claims! 😂😘 Love Beauty of Joseon, their matte sun stick in mind blowing, since I discovered it I've stopped using powder of all kinds, love it, never want to be without it! Hi Gemma! I currently use and love The Ordinary’s hyaluronic acid, niacinimide and squalene serums. In trying to reduce the number of products used, can one use the Byoma niacinimide instead since it also has hyaluronic acid and squalene in it? Love your channel. Thank you.

Yes. You can replace all 3 with this one serum. You might find you’d like to keep your squalane for extra nourishment but you can definitely replace the HA and Niacinamide x

After you presented the vitamin C by Dr.Sams I placed an order to stack up for the next month and for vacation time. I haven't ordered the vitamin C as I want to try Pygnogenol but I restocked in the cleanser and the intense moisturizer. My skin is freaking out at the moment because of all the pollen in the air. I really need something to calm down my skin so I now use Dr. Sams and Byoma very frequently and have high hopes on the pygnogenol. My skin doesn't like vitamin C at all sadly but I want an antioxidant. So fingers crossed to pygnogenol

I’m always confused on when to use the CAIS because it says not to use it with a retinoid or strong antioxidants. I use the Niod survival 0 in the morning and it says not to use with that and I use tretinoin at night so I’m assuming you’re not supposed to use with that. So how do you incorporate it into your routine?

I love the feeling of the BOJ Eye Cream and often like to just apply it to all my face. I have very puffy eyes in the morning and this works lovely. I worry about the retinol during the day I don't go outside but my curtains are open. I prefer not to wear sunscreen on days I dont plan on going in sunlight, is it safe wearing the serum?

When you see the NIOD mist, it looks huge, but once opened its shelf life is only 6 months. I’d imagine there would be a lot left for £40. They should bring out a smaller version. On the site it says to use ‘whenever’(my choice of wording) face and body, the latter esp. relating to the bottle size? But not everyone is going to do that….

Safest way to doctor/dermatologist. Milia, unlike a pimple, has no ‘opening’/pore. Inside is something akin to a tiny seed and a professional will use a tool to extract it. Even if you made your own incision, you can’t actually squeeze the seed out. Why? That I don’t know, it’s just flipping glued in there! I think I’ve heard mention that salicylic acid helps. I’ve also heard, and experienced (so have hope) of them going away in several weeks on their own. You don’t mention where yours are, but I can say around the eyes are prime areas and places we often use a lot of moisturizer on and heavy moisturizer is one culprit for causing them. And this is just my personal experience, btw ✌🏼

Ooher, just looked in description box and have tried 3 of the brands, none worked for me! However, we are all different as you say. Just will add, I am a retired beauty therapist and often went on courses to keep me up to date. Anyone interested my faves at the moment are Dr Jart, Barbara Sturm and surprisingly, Joan Collins. I still will thoroughly enjoy video and why they work for you

I've not heard any evidence regarding NAD in skincare. I saw the research showing NAD supplements were not bioavailable nor effective and that NMN is more effective at increasing NAD at a cellular level. I wonder how NAD in skincare can be absorbed and effective when it is so unstable? I wonder why NMN isn't more common.... hmmm, interesting from a physiology perspective 😊

The formula doesn’t contain NAD. SSE is the ingredient which absorbs into the skin and stimulates NAD production. x

The Dr Sam serum sounds interesting but I find the product name really problematic. First, it's not the pure form of Vitamin C - ascorbic acid (as you mention in the video). It uses derivatives of vitamin C - which are a great option for sensitive skin as you said, but it's not vitamin C so shouldn't be labelled that way. The addition of the percentage is also misleading as it bears no equivalence to the percentage of traditional ascorbic acid. It's meaningless for consumers (because this is different to the amount of active ingredients in the formulation) and I can only assume it's there to make consumers think they're getting a "comparable" product to a traditional ascorbic acid serum. I actually really enjoy vitamin C derivatives but I believe they should be promoted more transparently by brands.

I find Nira soooo confusing when it comes to your recommendations. I know you're sponsored but i find it confusing to compare which is best for anti aging when reflecting on your wonderful past advise on LEDs and other stimulatjng devises (wrinkles, pores, firmness, brightness). Some people cant invest in all devices, so i wonder which is overall best for anti aging.
