First Clinton was impeached for his inappropriate behavior with a White House intern. Biden vo!untarily returned documents and was served the same searched warrant Trump received. Trump refused to return the boxes of secret documents after being asked numerous times. This is why the FBI had to get a search warrant. Trump then tried to hide these boxes of documents from the FBI. There is comparison between what Biden did and what Trump did!

Is Ms. Scheindlin implying those lawyers were ignorant of _"the fruitlessness of arguing for violation of state law in a federal election"?_ By extension, is Scheindlin suggesting the New York DA was either _fraudulently_ or _ignorantly_ bringing a charge he shouldn't have, and that *Trump's defense team* was also ignorant of this impropriety? Those are some serious accusations she is making there.

Next, as far as policies which help America: It is important and factual that it is not just direct policies which affect America, but also intangibles which indirectly help or harm the country. Direct policies? The border, the economy and the pipeline to name just three. Not all policies of a president show immediate harm or benefit, some will not show results for years. Like most every president before him, some policies are rejected by opposing forces (Senate and /or House of Reps) and some just take longer to complete than the 4 years in office (the wall - which I disagree with anyway) Additionally, your questions show that you either didn't read my comment to which you replied or you didn't comprehend it. I stated that I don't like Trump. What I didn't write is that Biden and the Democrats are doing great harm to the country, both directly and indirectly. I can not vote for that.
