Chip Carter and his late mom story is the same relationship I had with my late mom. I never knew another person who was a close friend to their parents as we were. Most nearly all of my schoolmates moved away from the Midwest to live the California Dream. I found a place to work and live next door to my parents and I miss them dearly. Today I learned still another thing and it was good.

I'm sad u do not feel the love. Dust off a good book. Get some excersise. Says your psalms to the universe. Get a therapeutic PROFESSIONAL massage. Go to a community activity once a week. Say nothing. Look. Listen learn. Basic instincts before leaving earth. And say no to bad behaviors. Get a plant. Start a plant. ❤ get better soon.

The following is a recap of the IDF's track record in credibility: - It *violated* the terms of the last "deal" when it exchanged prisoners who were already nearing their release dates, shot at civilians wanting to revisit their homes in northern Gaza, and allowed a smaller number of humanitarian trucks into northern Gaza than that promised, *causing a delay* in the exchange of prisoners. Egypt and Qatar had to step in to put the prisoner exchange back on track. - It said that it had nothing to do with the death of a Palestinian-American female reporter -- which turned out to be untrue. - It said that it had "exercised restraint" in bombing Gaza. Anybody with a good pair of eyes would have a hard time squaring that with the indiscriminate flattening of Gaza. - It spoke of "beheaded babies," which didn't turn out to be authentic. - It claimed that an underground chamber, reportedly at the Al Shifa hospital, featured a wall-mounted list of the names of "Hamas combatants." Analysts described the said list as a calendar. - It posted and retracted several videos it claimed were "evidence" of an Islamic Jihad rogue rocket falling at another hospital in an earlier incident. Later, it used an open-source [from Al Jazeera] video as the supposed "evidence." - It said that the Al Shifa hospital hosted a Hamas "command and control" center, which has remained elusive to date. - It said the Gazan militants killed 1300 people on October 7th. It subsequently raised that toll to 1400 people. The 1400 figure was then downgraded to 1200. It turns out that part of those 1200 deaths was caused by "friendly fire," which none of the "Western" media have mentioned to my recollection. - It said that it wasn't targeting civilians for military attacks but has not been able to explain its total blockade that starved the entire Gazan strip of food, water, electricity, fuel, medicine, and telecommunications.

Im curious why Israel has Palestinian child prisoners. The media says nothing about them other than they were exchanged for Israeli hostages. NBC seems to have no interest into why Israel had child prisoners, why they had these kids imprisoned or who they are. They talk about the Israeli children a lot tho.

Well, at least Gonzales was only tased. She coukd have been worse off. She could have been shot. If she hadn't stolen the vehicle in the first place she wouldn't have been tased..If she would have listened to the officers she may have not been tased. Perhaps the next time she has an urge she'll think twice before stealing someone else's vehicle.

I still find it hard to believe a lawyer commit murders. His cell phone video shows he lied, he was actually at the scene and at the time of the murders. Crazy. He spent 7 years in college and law school...a huge achievement. Now, thrown all away.

Video footage has captured border agents using various means, including setting up barbed-wire fences near the banks of the Rio Grande River on the U.S. side, to prevent people from technically reaching U.S. soil. They do this, presumably because *setting foot on U.S. soil* should present migrants with an opportunity to make an asylum claim.

Because there's certain criteria for asylum. Just wanting to come to the US is not grounds for asylum. Meanwhile other people are trying to immigrate legally and apply for asylum properly, the process being delayed because of other people coming here Illegally. When you walk into a bank to cash a check you can't just walk yourself into the vault and grab the money, you have to wait in line. Not that hard to comprehend.

@@michaelbogdovitz2157 What "criteria for asylum" draws *on the law* that says migrants can't seek asylum once *on U.S. soil?* Given that not everybody's circumstances are the same, how do you define "applying for asylum properly" that supposedly makes "arriving on U.S. soil to apply for asylum" improper or "illegal"? Comparing the scenario of someone breaking the protocols of "withdrawing money from a bank" to the prospect of migrants arriving in the U.S. on foot to apply for asylum is indeed hard to comprehend. It doesn't muster reasoning.

@@Lamin_G this is the criteria for seeking asylum: "Able to demonstrate that you were persecuted or have a fear of persecution in your home country due to your: Race Religion Nationality Social group Political opinion." Coming here because you "want to work or want a better life" does not meet the criteria for asylum. Running across the borderer illegally because you want a better life is not grounds for asylum and is 100% a form of illegal immigration. We have a huge homeless epidemic in the US and poverty across the country and these Americans are not being taken care of but we are going to spend billions of tax dollars to care for people coming here illegally is insane. Places like Chicago and NY are being overwhelmed and the citizens becoming disgruntled because the government had told black and minority communities struggling that the govt has NO money for them but turns around and spends hundreds of millions of dollars on illegal migrants who have contributed nothing to this country. There is a proper way to immigrate to the US and there is a proper way to seek asylum but using "asylum" a reason to get into this country when these people are not genuine asylum seekers should not be rewarded for breaking the law. If you think these folks should be allowed in then you take care of them, but you are just going to demand otherwise at the expense of everyone else. It's real easy to sit on your high horse while at the expense of American taxpayers already struggling. Come here legally or don't come at all. I understand you have trouble comprehending this but that's your shortcoming. We have laws and we are NOT obligated to oblige people who break them. That simple.

@@michaelbogdovitz2157 _this is the criteria for seeking asylum: "Able to demonstrate that you were persecuted or have a fear of persecution in your home country due to your: Race Religion Nationality Social group Political opinion."_ Wrong! This piece doesn't *legally prohibit* a person from arriving in the U.S. on foot to apply for asylum, as permissible by law. You are confusing the conditions of issuing asylum with the legality of being able to apply for asylum while on U.S. soil.
