Congratulation Joanna! I found you more recently and subscribed. I am in the US, but I watch you because I like your elegant style and how you describe scents. I think my taste in fragrances is similar to yours in some ways. I much prefer to hear what a perfume smells like to others than hearing them read off the list of notes and then saying you smell this or that note, because that is not what the experience is all about. I also like that you have some choices I don't hear about from other people I watch here. That said, I do enjoy the Middle Eastern perfume videos that a lot of people are reviewing. I am so glad you mentioned Parfums d’ Empire Une Bel Amour d’ete! I bought this one after I watched you describe it and I love it too. Well, I knew Guidance and Guerlain's Angelique would make the list. 😊 I'm getting stressed out just thinking about having to choose ten.😬 I know that Nishane's Ani would be there and Amouage's Sunshine Woman and Kilian's Princess. Beyond that.....I'm not sure, although my Blond Redhead by Neydo is getting quite a workout, as is Blue Madeleine from Atelier Des Ors.

Thank you dear Joanna for another great video. It is so cold but the sun is finally out and it changes everything. ( Besides the fact that I can see my windows need cleaning 😅). I am trying myself to enjoy the cold and am wearing heavy perfumes that make me feel warm. Today almost by accident I tried to wear (it only arrived last week) Frenetic Delicieuse Emir by Paris Corner but I felt it needed something or a bit of oomph as it is sooo cold, so I got out my beloved Oudain (which somehow becomes sweet on my skin and even my husband thinks it is a very feminine scent on me, but it is unisex) and the combination is wonderful, it woke me up and made me feel alive and warm. Oudain has macerated for many months & now smells of Christmas to me, candied orange peel, and so many wonderful spices, the soft leather bound books of my grandfather's (Opa's) library, a hint of tobacco from his pipe, the so many oh so sweet spices that my Omi would use to bake Christmas cookies. It reminds me of the white Christmas times we used to have in Berlin and I can even smell the real Christmas tree with the candles burning, when I wear this perfume. I feel their love surround me and feel warm . Perfumes are like keepers of memories as they take us back to moments in time. I am meant to be on a perfume buying break but I have to admit to one thing, I did buy a couple more fragrances as the end of financial year sale put the prices down so much for some older ME perfumes I was after for a while but were a touch too steep. But now it is end time for a long time. ( Why did they tempt me with such low price sales ? I usually have great will power. Amazing how fragrances transport us to a specific event or memory. One of the reasons why I got so hooked with fragrances as well. It was magical, everyone came out and played in the snow, made snowmen and I was in my element. I was born during a snow storm but I admit I love sunshine, the beach, etc. But the snow I do miss. I think we who love perfumes so much can understand how we are so fascinated with perfumes. I love it when you wear a new perfume and feel there is note that somehow transports us in time. I also love it when it is an elusive note, something that just appears now and then when you catch this within your perfume. Perfume is magical. Lots of love dear, from a cold Sunday ( 7 degrees), Tia ❤💜❤

I’ve been sampling quite a few Iris scents over the last 6 months and this might be a favorite!! 💜 Need to wear it again and I agree - buttery. I knew Santal33 would be here!

Hola, no voy a participar en el sorteo básicamente porque hace 2 meses que desinstalé Instagram, pero bueno si te sirve el comentario de porque empecé a ver tus vídeos: Creo que eres bastante exacta en la descripción de los aromas y para mí eres muy fiable a la hora de ese empujón para la compra, no te dejas llevar tanto por el hype del momento en un perfume. Me es agradable oírte en inglés (yo no hablo inglés leo los subtitulos) no como otra gente que al hablar muy rápido me estresa ( la mente siempre quiere descifrar lo que oye) Sacas perfumes costosos y otros más asequibles. La gente que nada más compra perfumes económicos siempre puede decir wow, pero claro tampoco a olido nada mejor, no sé si me explico. Simplemente si busco referencia de un perfume, salvando que cada persona tenga su olfato ( realmente aquí hay mucho más, son asociaciones, recuerdos, notas que nos desagradan..), busco una persona que trasmita, que sea honesta, que pase un rato agradable y me informe de que puedo esperar si lo compro.
