We have been to halifax 3 times. We ate there and shop right on the broadwalk everytime we love it.

I enjoyed walking around the Halifax waterfront. Beaver tails were yummy. I didn't try the poutine because I prefer my fries crispy and not smothered in gravy or any sauce.

If I'm not mistaken, the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic also has an exhibit about the Halifax explosion in addition to the Titanic exhibit.
