Holy crap that's Nick in Grass Money from Dirty Mudder Truckers, he looks totally the same over 20 years later!... I always loved TTC, even used to have all my friends vote on it every year & send the ones that got the most votes in on the official magazine ballot. Thanks for the nostalgia!
