Great question. First thing is to test it, I have a video showing you how to test your own golf mobility. Then you have 2 choices, either try to improve your range (exercises) or work around the restrictions (compensations)

@@JoeMacroGolf i really get what you are saying and understand what you are saying,also may i had your intentions are pure gold,but in my opinionyour talking about symptoms not causes,if you just think on getting people to understand that striving for perfection in the basics,would take away most of what you were doing in this video Joe,just an old mans opinion on modern day teaching. im not in anyway attacking you gents.

Thanks for the message John. We definitely agree with simplicity and most of Levi’s coaching is based on making the movement and feeling simple for the player. But it’s also nice to understand at some deeper level for those who prefer to understand the “why”
