For the great vault, you can just press i and then go the the mythic + tab and click in the vault figure in the middle to open the great vault frame.

@@MarcelianOnline you can also type /run LoadAddOn("Blizzard_WeeklyRewards"); WeeklyRewardsFrame:Show() to bring it up. ive had it as a macro for a while

If people just use Elvui + Quazi’s UI / Plater profiles, it would cover like 99% of all features they mention in this video requiring a separate addon.

JFYI, for the great vault check, you can simple click the map of Val and click that great vault icon there.

You can check your great vault progress by opening the M+ menu and clicking on the big octagonal keyhole thing. it's a default thing, you don't need an addon. You can also write a macro to check it pretty easily.

Adibags is simply the best, it changed the way i manage my inventory completely, i wish it was default

For beginners I also strongly recommend "Hekili"! It basically shows you what buttons to press to maximize your DPS, and it dynamically adjusts to either Single-Target or AoE, based on how many mobs you're fighting. Fair Warning!!! You should only use it until the opener/rotation becomes muscle-mamory... after that I recommend you turn it off, so that you'll also be aware of where your character is standing, what spells mobs are casting etc - basically, so that you won't have to stare at the rotation helper 24/7.

Decent addon for brand new players basically giving them an idea how to set up their opener is true, but many players get hooked to quickly thinking it is a basic cheat code to blindly follow for the perfect rotation. It’s rotational suggestions are based on current sims APLs, and while as you said, can help new players to a class get an understanding, you will benefit way more from reading about your rotation, and then just spending the time against dummy’s etc. messing up your rotation as you learn is a very effective tool to train your brain to do it correctly next time. Also, for those who want to see what the actual best rotation, openers, cds usage timings are instead of outdated wowhead articles, learn to use Warcraft logs and read the ability cast timelines etc… to see what the best rotation and cd usage actually is, by looking at data from the best players in the world for your class. If you can avoid it at all costs, don’t be tempted to even install a rotation helper addon

i get an error code when trying to import a string ----- Could not decompress the data. The text pasted does not appear to be a serialized Plater profile. Try copying the import string again.

Addons are required because classes and encounters are over designed... Making them more simplistic and stopping WA would make WoW much better game... (especially for new and casual players) And yes, casual players are heartbeat of every MMO game...

You don't need to do that, not sure what that is anyway, have DBm or big wigs installed, and add your weakaura like would any weakaura

hi guys, where can I get the raid timeline add-on, I can't seem to find it under curse forge! I mean I found it at wage but I can't download it. I have to add it to the desktop app. if I click on get desktop app, nothing happens. does it not run on MAC?

It’s a Weakaura. You need the WeakAuras addon, then on wago you find the “copy import string” button, then in game open weakauras (type /wa) and click “import” and paste the string with cmd+V and from there you should be good

I don't really get the point of the Great Vault addon. You just press your dungeon finder bind wich is "i" by default and there it is at mythic dungeons without any addon.

Another bag addon which noone ever talks about which I think is better than Adibags or Bagnon. ArkInventory. Best of both imo.

About MBB it use to work but somehow stopped working but MBB reborne is working Just fine

Also check out the addon Hiding Bar. Basically MBB reborn but doesn’t anchor to mini map, can be place anywhere, and it’s very clean and minimalist while boasting a ton of features.

Dont download curse forge its just shitty bloatware. Just install ur addons manually and check for Updates. Also helps with not blasting ur screen full of Bars Icons and so on. Keep it clean people

WoWUP still BIS considering it pulls the same database from curseforge, able to update things like elvui while curseforge does not. Oh, and the WoWUP developers aren’t a piece of shit unlike those who shall not be named.

@@posiken Exactly. I get it, businesses need to make money but basically forcing bloatware onto your customers is a bit far. Shows you aint looking out for your customers and their interests. WoWUP is open source and made by a group of contributors who care.

The wow community reliance on addons is just sad. They should be banned, especially the ones helping with raid mechanics or interupts in dungeons. The game can clearly be played at a high level without them, anyone saying otherwise is a fool.
