One more thing bro, not ALL mutants powers activate the same way. Normally, [In most cases about 98%] a mutant's powers. Manifests during periods of hightened emotional stress, during puberty, but there ARE exceptions to this rule, i.e., Mystique, Nightcrawler, & Beast. So its not uncommon to find a mutant who's powers manifest early or at early
