center pawn has more casualty rate than side pawn hence they often not survived long enough to see the game unfold but as you can see here that when they let side pawn analysis, it able to come up with actual strategy b/c they survived long enough to learn more position than center pawn ever could

Actually, it can't. The rook only has 4 vacant squares on the e-file: e5, e3, e2, and e1. But each square is controlled by something: e5 by the king on d5, e3 by the pawn on f2, e2 by the bishop on h5 and e1 by the rook on a1
