Tools Required:-
1. Standard Screwdriver
2.10mm AllenKey
3. 8mm,10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm & 18mm T Spanners
4.Spark Plug Socket (16mm)
5.Combination Plier
6.Magnet Puller(25.5mm)
7.Choke Cleaner(Having Acetone)
8.Funnel
Setting Air/Fuel Ratio(Carb Tuning)= • 🔧Tuning Carburetor for...
Steps Involved:-
1. Thorough washing & cleaning scooter with soap detergent.
2. Replacing Engine Oil(10W30) 750ml @5000kms
3. Replacing Transmission/Gear Oil(10W30) 120ml @10000kms
4. Replacing Spark Plug @10000kms
5. Replacing Air Filter @5000kms
6. Cleaning Carburetor & Magnet coil unit @5000kms
7. Cleaning & Lubing moving parts @5000kms
8. Adjusting Brakes & Checking air pressure in tyres regularly.
9. Checking all electronic components regularly.
10. Tuning A:F Ratio from carb if needed and adjusting idle RPM.

Instead of investing money on service center.. it's better to invest on tools.

servicing agencies should learn how to do it.

This will take some time but you can't get this type of service at the service center. This type of service will increase the vehicle life. Great video.

This is labour of love at its best. We should never compare or expect a mechanic to come anywhere close to it. We tend to fall in love with the machines we own when we see how something ought to be done, and the mechanic in hurry does it! Keep up the good work. My 15 year old std Bullet has not seen a mechanic yet, and I am sure this Jupiter will also not see one. Cheers!

One of the most precise and easy to understand video. I will do servicing of my new Jupiter in home itself by buying genuine accessories online. I must say you have got enough of biking and servicing experience and also adequate information on making meaningful video too.
