You have got to love the old “Breach of the peace”. My son and I were quietly filming on our road (my son didn’t want any sound other than cars passing) but we were accused of a beach of the peace by the six police officers and three police cars that blocked the road to undertake a Section 1 PACE search! I meant to say, the threat came after we were no longer detained for the search, as they didn’t want to hear my feelings). Apparently someone didn’t like us filming so accused us of stealing from gardens, hence the Section 1 search. They cause the breach and have the audacity to threaten us with arrest!

Well done Plod , you are one of the better auditors, you know your rights , you don't go looking for trouble and you show up bad police when they engage in the way this bell end did. Police like this are a disgrace , and he is a sergeant, its scary to think if someone didn't know their rights he would be arresting people , the amount of wrongful arrests are the reason the CPS have to be as careful as they are, people blame the CPS but it's the fault of bad policing that has meant the CPS have had to tighten up , as they know two thirds of arrests are wrong and solicitors have a field day. He was hoping for an arrest for BOP and that would go down as a positive arrest with a warning to get the figures up to make it look like the police are doing good work

@@benjiviews4300 What did he smash the window screen with? I would argue that a PCSO is not a member of the emergency services the same way as police staff are not. If the shears are so important why does every PCSO not carry them? You understand that they could be used as a weapon but calling them such is "pathetic"????

@@retroclickmedia4422 you need to learn that facts exist in full sentences, not just selectively in the parts of sentences that remove context. You like to cherry pick parts of a story and ignore other context so you can sensationalise things. It's very immature. E.g. truth: an officer is sacked for gross misconduct for unreasonable use of force where he smashed an innocent man's (mistaken identity) window screen in with a baton and a leather man resulting in shards of glass in his eyes", your version: "officer sacked for carrying leatherman in public" 😂 honestly that kind of reductive story telling is what children do. Grow up

The Sergeant 2374 Brown is everything that is wrong with the Police. Rude, arrogant & totally clueless as to the law, but unwilling to listen learn or even read documents showing him why he is wrong. An embarrassment to the Police, his family & any, friends he may have had time to retire Sgt…..breach of the peace 😂😂😂😂 clearly standing alone in a carpark with a camera is somehow threatening , abusive or insulting other members of the public ? This is basically what he is trying to say, without saying it, as this is the interpretation of this Law….so who are you threatening ? Who is being abused ? Or insulted ? The only thing being insulted is the integrity of the police force itself with this sort of utter nonsense

Sargent 2374 was out of order and refused to give you an apology initially. A sad state of affairs. It is great to see you back out there and bringing us the good content we are used to. Keep well and we look forward to seeing more of the same.

So typical of older cops that are used to years of having their own way and not having someone blindly accept their orders. They need to leave the force before they instill that behaviour in the younger officers.

The police officer started off aggressively and was an absolute disgrace . His knowledge of the law was absolutely abysmal. How he managed to become a sergeant is incomprehensible. Hope he watches this and realises what a fool he looks.

What a fool that Sergeant was. You could see that he was struggling to handle you. He was also clearly trembling. Definaltly hurting inside. His Family must be very embarrassed by his actions.
