In this video we start topsoiling, grading and sodding a residential subdivision near a lake. Step one is loading topsoil from the on site stock pile to the lots with a dump truck. the we use our case 550h dozer and skid steers to roughly spread all the soil adequately. Then we go back to do a fine grading carve out the swales and rake. Also install gravel between the homes with less then 8 feet of space where grass is likely to not survive. Final step is to install the grass , roll it and get water on it.
