It's an average GPM for a high ranking alchemist player in a winning game Batshit insane is doing it on something other than alchemist, I think the record for doing it on a hero other than alchemist in a competitive game is like 1300 GPM, which would be 33k at 26 minutes

@@steved7975 Getting 1k gpm is easy on alch yes as long as the game goes past 30mins since its easy to farm with manta, radiance, BOT , but getting more than 1k gpm in a 26 min game is indeed insane

@@steved7975 no it's not "average" because >1000 gpm is still very good on alch in a normal 40+ minute game LET ALONE in a 26 minute game where you have the first ~10 minutes of laning + early game where you can't possibly farm that fast because usually not enough farming capabilities without items AND hero kills give like 200-300 gold max, in a winning game even less so >1000 gpm in such a short game is really impressive, I bet you can't even get this much farm in a bot lobby in 26 minutes

Well it is equal to 8 cs, and with +2 runes able to buy bottle with items, will has good starting point to win mid lane and late game you just play casual alche like usual, thinking it still dota 2 without facet update xD

Well in high immortal every smal difference matters. Extra gold in the start is insane for them. For normal plebs like us its just mediocre, cause we cant really handle early good enougth to make it worth.

@@MrPopogood That extra 250 gold allows you to buy more stat items, helping you win trades, especially against melee heroes, or out-sustain/heal them by being able to buy more heal or buy bottle early, which in turn wins you trades and allows you to zone enemies. Guess what happens when you zone out enemies? you get denies and last hits while the enemy hero is forced to stay near their tower because they can't win trade due to having lower stats/health. At your bracket, 250 gold is just 250 gold, but as you get better at the game, you will realize that the extra 250 gold can help Alche snowball by helping him win the lane, and thus get early radiance and snowball further, as shown in the video.

Thanks for your reply again, that makes a lot of sense. I don't play a lot of alchemist myself so was unaware of it
