Fantastic ! It's so refreshing to see some people are actually trying to think outside the box. Personally I wish there was a way to build a meta based on speed/reflex/voley that would be somehow competitive.

Thank you, that means a lot! And I agree. I actually tried using a serve and volley build when the game came out. It was fun to use but it's nearly impossible to beat someone who's using the meta that's good at the game.

@@markitrov Yes this is what I use for my first avatar. Working fine against IA and very pleasant to play. But I have little hope to see that working online.

This is great. I also had in mind that I wanted to try something else to what everyone else was doing but slightly messed up by putting points into the serve. I didn’t realise how OP it already was. Just a quick question… what animations are you using?

Nice build. I’m almost maxed out and I’ve been upgrading mine similar to this. I wanted to go against the grain bc I find it boring that basically everyone is using 90+ for FH, BH and Power.

Also those return skillls say you have to use flat control shots to return but somehow its a lot easier to return with power shots.

It’s a shame that the game is so unbalanced in favor of max power. It’s not real tennis and there’s literally no skill or interesting rallies involved at all. Until they fix this and balance out the attributes so that other styles have a chance at winning, I have no interest in playing online mode.

Thanks for watching! I haven't tried myself, but either the player creator is pretty limited or I suck at using it because you can see how my Djokovic turned out :)

I noticed you hardly use control shots in rallies? Is that deliberate or you haven't seen any use in them?

Iv actually done something similar with a Federer Build, who well rounded with great serve, volley and great Forehand of course. I personally use control shots mainly which i find really works against power players. Mixing in serve and volley also catches people off guard. Plus using perfect control shots against these power spammers definitely wears their stamina down and will eventually have them doing unforced errors into the net. Iv beaten the 17 ranked player in the world playing like this.

That's really impressive. I'll have to eventually try a build like that. I went full serve and volley which was difficult but mixing it in sounds like a great idea.

@@markitrov yea my volley is only 61 but still good enough for catching people off guard. I find power topspin returns deep and power slice either deep or wide into the service box gives you a lot of time to regroup for the next shot if people have crazy serves and power. I haven't tried Desiel Returner yet so your Power flats might just be better haha

Please see if u can make a hybrid build. I actually wanna have a somewhat decent serve and volley like the pros in 2k tour. Makes no sense realistically for a player to be terrible at both

What level do you have to get to get tiered fitting?

For the ones I was using (tier 3), you need to be level 30. Then you unlock a tier 3 fitting every time you finish a match

How is this so much different from the power builds? It's still very high FH en BH and power.

They're still pretty high, yeah. I'd say they're pretty representative of Djokovic's stats if you look at TopSpin 4 (except for the serve). I reallocated from FH and power to make his other qualities stand out.

Why only 72 speed? Is Reflexes more important?

Reflexes help with his returns and having high reflexes make him really good at returns, like in real life. You could up the speed if you want, thought it was fair for him
