Trackman desperately needs an update. It was almost encouraging seeing you go through the same issues that I go through at my local range every time. Signing in works half of the time, the delay after the shot is pretty bad, and in my particular case, it seems to have a lot of trouble reading some of the shots. Even worse, still, I have never once been able to use the, practice on course feature. I’m sure that’s a specific issue to my local range, but it is massively frustrating nonetheless. I just found out there is a TopTracer range, not too far from me and looked it up (which is how I found this video). I’m much more excited to go now! Great video

Agree Toptracer is by far the best, quickly seeing where you rank at your local course or in England or even worldwide is fun! Also you should do the Toptracer30 once a month and do post it, easy content and fun to watch.

At my local driving range with TopTracer, it's $15 for an hour + $5 for each additional hour. I've been twice. The thing I'd like is a way to combine a target with the MyPractice/Analysis screen. I like to hit a club until I hit 10 "good" balls with that club, then change clubs.

You've confirmed what I've always thought. Toptracer takes it. Got both near me and I prefer to use Toptracer. Unfortunately the Trackman has a beautiful 9 hole par 3 attached😂 All the best Alex. 👍

i see you gotta use the convert feature on trackman i was confused as hell when i used it first time last week cause i normally use toptracer and it is very accurate to my real distances

I have both quite near me and Toptracer is definitely best . Think graphics are better and system a lot quicker. Also don’t like when TrackMan gives you automatic hole outs. Toptracer gives you opportunity to chip/ pitch out from day 50 yards which means if you playing against someone finishing the hole is a skills test. All good for practise from those type of distances. All dubious about TrackMan distances. I always seem to hit the ball a lot further at TrackMan range 🤔

I got frustrated with the Trackman range. The placement of the radar just can't be as good as a dedicated radar. Checkout the ShotScope setup at Horsham range. Yes the 60yd net isnt great but the club head data is more useful, its the Awesome Golf system. Just add a pinch of salt to the odd shot.

Are you still using/liking the cbx grips for your metal woods or you using the mcc for all clubs in the bag

So which 1 would you say is best to do my carry distances on?

So does toptracer take into account the crap balls you get at driving range or when i get on course am i going to over hit the greens ect ?

Trackman (radar) more precise, Toptracer (camera) not as precise but definitely good enough for your average weekend golfer :D (Also cheaper)
