but i can explain briefly how this build works.
main mechanism of this build is youga's hero relic and using 3 hero memories.
you can get massive cast speed bonus from hero relic, and this cast speed changed to magic burst charge speed by magister's play safe talent.
and this massive magic burst charge speed makes hero memory to give additional magic burst charge.
and to use super cast speed, use mana stacking.
by using arcanist's full load talent, we use 15% of current mana as base cost of skill, and mana stacking gears give super high cold flat damage, and global damage.
to restores mana, you should use divinty slate's 1% and 2% restore mana option and allocate that talents in person at arcanist's talent and use 'lone night sorcerer's wristband' to get 4% restore mana.
and finally, use divinity slate which has
"for each spell skils used recently, +2% critical strike damage" option, we can also get massive critical damage bouns
