Gotta say! I finally won my first thing on Toreba with some of the tips in this video. Thought I lost it at first because the claw did something odd, and grabbed it at an awkward angle, but it pushed it into the hole :3 . Thanks for the extraordinarily helpful tips!

I got one of those Toreba exclusive bears by just flipping it over and then stabbing it. Two plays and it was mine! They're super soft in person, by the way. I also won that Dragonite, but it was in a way different setup! He was upside down in one of those two-bar setups with one foot on the front bar and the tail on the back. I scooted the foot two or three times and he fell in. A $5 win. He's one of my favorites as of right now, along with my 55cm Classical Teddy.

Arcade Sensei, would it be possible in your next Toreba video (if you do another one) to do a guide on how to win the game with the the two-bar set-up at 4:50 but where the prize is in a rectangular box? That's the one I see people, including me, struggling with the most.

There are several apps out there but I have yet to find one that is as good as toreba, a lot of people play on clawee however I have found that it is set on a payout and I dont like that too much from an online crane game

Hey Arcade Dad how would you suggest winning anime figurines like the dragon ball ones? (: I have won one but I find most of them to be very difficult

I am currently working on a strategy to get them, they are quite difficult. Your best bet is to be ready to sink a few plays into it and when the figure is in the position where one side is propped on a bar and the other side is resting on the bar i. a diagnal position pointing down, continue to pick up the side that is on top of the bar to get the other side to drop through. I hope that makes sense lol

I'll be honest - I love your tips and have definitely taken notes - but I also just had a bunch of traumatic memories at the sheer amount of times I spent so much money perfectly setting it up for someone else who knew more what they were doing. I'd spend $40-$60 easily and give up and someone would come in and spend their $2 to claim my long hard victory. ;_;

I tend to disagree about ping pong droppers. Yes when there are a lot of holes empty, it can seem like luck. However, when there are a good number of balls in the play area, it can be more like physics. You have an arm that sometimes shoots out to the left, flinging the ball left... So you have to aim to make up for that. And then you have ones where it just plops the ball... You can see if there's a way to make your ball bounce across other balls, by moving the claw back far enough or not moving it. It's a crap shoot when it hits the plastic barrier they use sometimes
