Hello to all of my viewers and subscribers! In this video I will be talking about the brand new Tornado Assault, and guess what: It is actually back in Sonic Speed Simulator!
Tornado Assualt
Tornado Assault, also known as Aerial Assault, was brought back near Emerald Hill Zone Tails' workshop, as a playable minigame. It features a shorter variation of Tornado Assault (Legacy)'s track, now with the dangerous addition of Lasers and Dialog from Tails and Dr. Eggman!
Appearance
This version of tornado assault starts similar to its Tornado Assault (Legacy) counterpart, above the clouds of presumably Green Hill Zone. The area is littered with Enemies like Turtliods, Buzzbombers, and Spinners. There are also tall spires the player flies past before entering the familiar scenery of Green Hill. The ever-so-familiar checkerboard pattern across the ground, the lush green grass, and even a loop are present! The track also has a variety of bridges, and Eggman monitors the player flies past before a free fall segment with the player surrounded by waterfalls, ending with the player landing safely in a pond. Far above the player, however, lies the Egg-Carrier, Presumably cutting the player off from where the legacy counterpart's track continued.
Additional Information: This Subzone came back during the Grinding Gears, and later removed in 2 weeks. However, the minigame returned in v2.70 update; and is located now in Emerald Hill Zone.
