Rest in peace to those who passed. I pray for those who lost their homes and family, and I hope those who are missing are found alive. This tornado was worse than the 2013 Moore Oklahoma tornado, in deaths.

Heard a while ago this morning that it was rated EF4 unless they’re doing anymore ground surveying. Prayin’ for all who dealt with this mess.

I cried when I heard the news I'm so very sorry for all the families who lost loved ones and lost everything and my friend lives in sumrall Ms can someone tell me if it was near sumrall and thank you all the volunteers and fireman and police and EMS and others God Bless you all

Very surprised I haven’t noticed it in the comments, but one of the most terrifying aspects of this particular news coverage is the fact that the “debris ball” they are referring to is the town of Rolling Fork. The tornado had already passed directly through the middle of Rolling Fork and demolished everything in its path.

I went thru the Henryville EF4 and EF1 of 2012, i watched this whole outbreak out of fear that another violent tornado could once again level the town ive called home my entire life...

How is Amory? A couple people on the live chat were calling out from there. I forgot to screenshot. They were talking up until about 2 minutes before getting hit. I don't know them. Just wondering because I felt super scared for them. They were on this live chat.

Webberville was a Ef2 and lofted debris the same height and that was August

@@samuelraytheweirdcontentgu8551 webberville was only an ef2 because it had a tight core that hit absolutely nothing, its contextuals and radar data hint to it easily being ef3+ if not viotor status

This outbreak is now 3rd for the amount of Tornados spawned in a 24 hour period and I watched it all and when I saw the Debri ball....I was speechless...

On March 18, I organized a prayer vigil and candlelight service in MS where we asked God to protect us from dangerous weather. We literally said prayers specifically begging God to spare us from such destruction. But, just days later, we're devastated by an ACT OF GOD. The tornadoes that tore into our homes was a living hell. We prayed IN ADVANCE, but God ignored our prayers and sent a horrific nightmare upon us. It does NO GOOD to pray AFTER the fact. Our prayers went totally unanswered. We're broken.

Sorry about your loss. It's easy when things happen like this to despair and think God is not there or did not listen and act. David prayed hard for God to help his sick child, but the child died. God was still with David and David knew it even after many hardships. Don't lose faith. Hopefully you will see the good soon that will come in spite of the tragedy.

Three Rivers, gateway town of 2,000 at base of Sequoia Nat'l Park, Calif here.....Rob I'm hoping you are not the A**hole you sound like. We are praying for you all living there hit by this massive Tornado....Please God take good care of these wonderful people. We do Love you & will continue to ask all Higher Beings including Jesus & God to bring you continuing hope, strength and much needed help from everywhere.
