Tornado: The Legend

I've always felt like I have needed to make a video about this particular engine, well here it is. =D
This video is dedicated to The A1 Steam Locomotive Trust without whom Tornado would not be here right now. :)

Fun Fact: The music in this video was originally going to be used in Steaming Again. But then I decided to use the HTTYD Soundtrack. And then two months later this music was used in the HTTYD 2 Teaser Trailer. And now I'm using it again....
Strange how things can come round full circle ^^

How can Tornado be a legend? A legend is something with a special history behind it. This locomotive at the time of my writing this is only 12½ years old!!!!

I personally just suddenly came up with the officially well-knowingly clever idea of preserving Tornado for many years to come by bringing the famously well-known 2008 built from scratch L N E R class A1 pacific type of steam-driven railway tender locomotive over to the USA to work on American-origin railroads by pulling official American-origin rolling stock with no complete trouble whatsoever AFTER OFFICIALLY getting modified for the terrain itself with automatic coupling devices on the front as well as the rear of the tender along with a specifically wonderfully shiny brass bell to ring loudly @ grade crossings during passenger runs as well as officially bein' completely fitted with a cowcatcher to prevent livestock from getting seriously hurt if they stray onto the tracks! By the way, it's basically quite clear that I personally saw Tornado bein' completely featured in several KZfaq videos including the officially well-known episode titled Doncaster Drawn by WildNorWestern where Tornado started pulling a specifically special double-header passenger train with James the Red Engine UNTIL James the Red Engine himself broke down meaning that Tornado's decided to officially resume with only 1 locomotive UNTIL he reached another station on the other side of Gordon's Hill where Gordon the Big blue livery-paintwork carrying the official #4 L N E R class A0 Pacific type of steam-driven railway tender locomotive designed by Sir Herbert Nigel Gresley himself in Doncaster in the officially well-known 1920s assisted him on the remainder of the journey to Knapford station!

I wish she could run at her theoretical top speed of 100, because that would be an awesome achievement. She technically isn't preserved steam, so she shouldn't have to abide by NetworkRail's speed restriction of 75mph.

Stunning.Just stunning. This gave me goosebumps watching this. An absolute piece of work. You really do have an excellent know how into good camera angles and placing of clips against the soundtrack. Funny to think this loco will be under overhaul in just 4 years time. Its all gone too quick!!! I know the soundtrack is described in the description but whats it called? I have no idea what HTTYD is. I really want this for my Ipod!

Thanks man =) HTTYD stands for How to Train Your Dragon, (my favourite animated film of all time ^^) And this track is done by audiomachine, it's called Beyond The Clouds, from their album Millennium, I think. :)

I seriously do personally just suddenly realized that the famously well-known custom-built Peppercorn L N E R class A1 pacific type of steam-driven railway tender locomotive from 2008 very much well-known as Tornado was actually also apparently featured in the officially well-known DVD that's basically titled The Best Of World Steam in the officially well-known section for Great Britain with the officially well-known narration of Peter Fairhead himself as mentioned in the DVD's end credits on 2 of the well-known 3 countries in the DVD that's basically no complete doubt whatsoever including China followed by Great Britain followed by Cuba that officially features mostly American-origin oil-fired steam-driven railway tender locomotives by several companies that officially include Baldwin Locomotive Works as well as Alco with some locomotives having the official 2-6-2 as well as 2-8-2 as well as 2-8-0 as well as the 2-6-0 wheel configurations that officially are actually well-known as Prairie as well as Mikado as well as Mogul as well as Consulidation as I personally just suddenly ought easily know by doin' some research from my own official Smithsonian train book very carefully multiple times recently!

You make excellent Train Simulator videos. I know that you are mostly concerned with British steam engines but have you consider doing something similar to this for for American steam locomotives? Because videos like these and the one about the Flying Scotsman are absolutely phenomenal.

The Peppercorn's realy ruined the Gresley's. but as a class of their own, they are lovely. And is the music you used for the express run not something from HTTYD 2?
