Hey, have you ever replaced the drive belts ? Cause I have 60 inch titan, and the drive belt broke, not the blade belt.

@IMGOATOF2K Yes we have replaced the drive belt before. Being 100% honest it is a bit of a challenge to replace. If you are not mechanically inclined I would highly suggest taking it to your local dealer. If you are mechanically inclined then I would suggest that you follow the link below that will take you to the belt routing diagram for a titan mower and take a picture. Once you are under the mower it can be hard to understand which way the belt needs to be routed. There a few things to unpack here. When the handles are in the neutral position yes they should be even to each other. However, when they are fully extended forwards they may not be perfectly even and that has to do with the tracking of the machine (what makes it drive straight). On the transmissions there a linkages that can be adjusted in order to make your machine drive straight when the handles are fully extended. When the linkages are adjust they are changing the “throw” of the transmission control arm which ultimately changes the distance in which your handles travel. So your first step is to see if you handles are even in the neutral position. Then you want to see if your machine is driving straight but the handles are slightly off and in that case that is okay. If your machine does not drive straight and the handles are off then you or an authorized dealer needs to adjust the tracking of the machine. Let me know if this helps any. No it does not, the deck lift only raises the deck above the current cutting height temporarily so that you can get over an obstruction

No Toro unfortunately does not have that as a resource. They typically have a DOM (date of manufacture) on their model number tag. Since the early 90’s they have had a serial number system that indicated what year it was based on the first 2 or 3 numbers of the serial number but in 2017 they switched over to a random serial number generator in order to better track equipment manufacturing and warranties. Here is an example of the serial numbers starting in 2000-2016 200-xxx-xxx: 2000 210-xxx-xxx: 2001 220-xxx-xxx: 2002 230-xxx-xxx: 2003 240-xxx-xxx: 2004 250-xxx-xxx: 2005 260-xxx-xxx: 2006 270-xxx-xxx: 2007 280-xxx-xxx: 2008 290-xxx-xxx: 2009 310-xxx-xxx: 2010 311-xxx-xxx: 2011 312-xxx-xxx: 2012 313-xxx-xxx: 2013 314-xxx-xxx: 2014 315-xxx-xxx: 2015 316-xxx-xxx: 2016 400-xxx-xxx: 2017 and up Hopefully this helps but this is the best that I can explain. In order to access your deck belt you will need to drop you mower deck to the lowest setting. Then you can remove your belt covers and that will give you access to your deck belt. If you need to know the routing for the belt there is a sticker on the deck to help you.

Yes they are! Each transmission has its own hydraulic oil filter and separate hydraulic oil that must be changed out at the factory recommended service intervals. The initial break in period is 75 hours and then every 400 hours after the initial.
