Toronto, the capital of the province of Ontario, is a major Canadian city along Lake Ontario’s northwestern shore. It's a dynamic metropolis with a core of soaring skyscrapers, all dwarfed by the iconic, free-standing CN Tower. Toronto also has many green spaces, from the orderly oval of Queen’s Park to 400-acre High Park and its trails, sports facilities and zoo.

Year 1977 when we migrated here in canada..yonge nd bloor was the most safest place to walk even at night...people are very pleasant..smiles ay each other....

In some ways Yonge St, Bloor - King, even into the late 80's - early 90's, on a Friday-Saturday night, in about May to September, was like being in a small town. In that various guys would head down, with or without a girlfriend and roar up and down Yonge in their done up or not so done up cars. Different times.

@@foamer443 They used to roll up the sidewalks at night further south and close everything and it was rare to see anyone walking around after 9pm. Now they actually shut down the payphones except for 911 calls to prevent drug dealers and prostitutes from using them (They all have cell phones now so it doesn't matter but they still shut them down.... go figure)

Nice enough video and if titled correctly this would be "The Old City of Toronto" or "Toronto's City Core" or "Downtown Toronto". This doesn't even come close to comprising how big Toronto with the 1998 boundary changes, to include Scarborough, North York, East York, York and Etobicoke, is now.

Beautiful city. But very expensive. So many Homeless. Very bad transportation, very expensive. Traffic the worse. Every day shootings. Too much drugs. Maple Leaf garbage.
