This penthouse should be listed around 5 to 6 mil. The first reason is the location, it is located after the railway which you do not get the sensation of living in Downtwon. Second reason is the the open concept,for such amount of money you do not want the kitchen to be part of your living area. After all, it is still a beautiful place.

one of the biggest issues with apartments at that height, particularly that close to the lake, is the frequent high wind, which makes the outdoor space basically unusable.

It must be a misprint only 8 million? In my opinion this is the number one spot to live absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I would change would be everything that is black I would turn to White. Why is it on the market for so long?
