does it have the ability to tell you if the timing chain/belt needs to be replaced? and can you describe where to find that code.

I have an iPhone, but these good auto apps mostly use Android Op systems. Will this app work (display real time data and/or show codes thrown) if I got an android phone withOUT a cellular service plan? I'm guessing I could use wi-fi to download the apps, but I would not have wi-fi or cell service on the phone when wanting to connect to the OBD2. If not, I wonder if I could use my iPhone's hotspot to get wifi on the Android phone and make this app work?

I have tested 2 cars on my Torque and had no fault codes at all. Nothing. I don't think there is a car without a fault so I'm suspecting my Torque is not reading it properly.

using the Torque Pro, is there any option to set the app to automatically clear a particular code? is there any specific app which can auto clear a particular code? i put lpg on my car and it is returning "The system is too lean" P0171 which is expected when installing LPG kit. I want to program to ODB scanner APP to automatically delete this code and hence no engine light.

Unfortunately you won't be able to do that with torque pro.

Yes you can get it to automatically clear codes, have a look around in Settings to do that.
