These self-help videos are the little things that Ecells are doing that show they care about their customers. I wonder how much cost labor would have been for this procedure in a bike shop. Gator explained it to a tee. Knowledge is priceless!

Thanks for all the videos so far! Could you please make a video explaining the dual batterie set up on the five star? I would like to know how they work together,, should I always use them together... charge together or separate and if i only wanted to charge to 80% etc.

Gator, I have an unrelated question. I have ordered a 5 Stars with a torque sensor. Is the bottom bracket area on the 5 Stars the same as the one you showed in the video? Also, I have a second battery (Dual Star package). Is there a battery blender installed? Will both batteries discharge at the same time, or can the bike be run on one battery or the other? Thank you.
