Yes exactly, the rabbit was just hyper aware of it's surrounding and this was causing anxiety attacks. Whereas, the tortoise was just focusing on going from point A to point B. One single goal and don't give a f about all the noises & distractions in the surrounding. Kinda like real life you get more shit done when you focus on a single goal.

@@holliswilliams8426 Oh but that is entirely normal for rabbits, they are extremely fidgety prey animals, when they receive to much sensorial stimulus they can panic like crazy. Some can even die from that panic attack, obviously, I am talking about the pet ones, wild hares and rabbits have more resistance.

This saying has the same point but different story which is "it doesn't matter where you start it matters where you finish" so there are people in life that are faster than you in every aspect of their lives but that doesn't mean they're gonna reach the finish line first it's all about the process and who is consistent like gym for example it doesn't Matter how much you can lift how strong you are if your not consistent your not gonna build muscles so always trust the process if you study a language for an hour a day your gonna reach very high in a year while some people can study for almost the whole day but if they're not consistent after a year they found out they did nothing also walking each day for just half an hour is huge thing compared to walking five hours a day once a week so. in the end if you're consistent no matter how tiny the thing is if you just keep doing it your hard work will definitely pays off

I asked that the first time I heard the story, "what's a hare?" Well I am south african so they told me a "haas" which is Afrikaans for rabbit. I looked it up "hare" in Afrikaans is also "haas" so I made up my mind so it's a duck!!!

I love how this competition plays out pretty much exactly like the actual story: in the beginning the hare is like "lol I will win this easily, I will take a break and chill", and then when it appears to be moving again, it sees that it is already too late, and looks at everyone like "wtf just happened?".

The poor bunny was just scared. Dogs, screaming people, I would be scared and distracted too if I was sorrounded by things that kill me on a regular basis. Also this isn't a hare. Hares are way bigger, this is just a normal house bunny. This isn't even a rabbit.

Nah the hare was stopped by force from the tortoise hence why he couldn't move. The old depiction of the story is actually true, which is why the hare was sleeping in the story because the tortoise made him sleep using the force. It was never a myth, and only truth.
