"Tosh Tosh Bulbulo" is famous song written by the great Kashmiri Sufi saint-poet Lalasaheb Argami (1923-1988). Though had to live life full of hardships he spent his life following Sufi ideology. He had millions of Hindu and Muslim followers in his lifetime and after. He wrote many songs for Kashmiri Pandits delivering the message of love and compassion. Followers sing his songs in equal devotion and try to walk on the philosophy he propagated.

"तोष तोष बुलबुलो..." यह मशहूर रचना है कश्मीर के महान सुफी संत एवं गुढवादी कवी लालासाहब अरगामी (१९२३-१९८८) की. विपरीत हालातो के बावजुद उन्होने सुफी फलसफे के अनुसार अपनी जिंदगी बिताई. उनको जिंदगी में और पश्चात भी लाखो अनुयायी मिले जिनमें पंडित और मुस्लीमोंका शुमार है. अरगामीजी ने पण्डितो के लिये भी बहोत सारे गीत लिखे. वे हिंदू-मुस्लिम, सबसे बराबरी के नाते से प्यार किया करते थे. इसलिये वे सब उनपर पुरी श्रद्धा रखते है और उनके वचनो को गाते है, अपने जीवन में उसी तरह जिने की भरसक कोशिश करते है.
"तोष तोष बुलबुलो..." में उनकी उंचे दर्जे की काव्य प्रतिभा तो झलकती है ही, मगर उसमे जीवन की तरफ देखने का जो नया रहस्यवादी दृष्टीकोन अभिव्यक्त हुआ है वह अनुठा है.
इस गीत को संगीत से सवारा है सरहद के मशहूर संगीतकार मझहर सिद्दिकी ने और गाया है सरहद की जनप्रिय गायिका शमीमा अख्तर ने. अवश्य सुनिये और सरहद म्युझिक की भाषा-संगीत से देश जोडने के मानवतावादी अभियान के हिस्सा बने.
