Toss to hands is a basic stunt that we need to master for all the tossing stunts later.
Start in a straight position. Base grabs flyer’s hips, and flyer grabs base’s wrists. Flyer dips into a squat, while base is just following her. When flyer jumps and gives her full power, base just adds the power.
While jumping it is important that flyer stays straight, still leaning back and keeping the body extended. Weight needs to stay on flyers arms so you can finish with a flick.
Then stay tight, at the top point spread the legs a bit and keep looking forward.
While the base is tossing it is important that you add the power after flyers extends, then try to add all the power you have ( legs and arms connected ), place the toss on top of your head, catch it high ( try to grab for the middle of flyer’s feet ). When you catch it, slowly bring the flyer to hands position and absorb with your legs.
Finish the stunt with a nice and high pop off that we have already learned in a previous post ( walk in hands).
