The defendant argues the plaintiff was a freeloader who never paid rent when they lived together. She tossed his stuff out because she couldn't stand to see it. The defendant believes they're even because of all the money the defendant owes her.

It really hurts to see. She seems defeated, both by her demeanor and in her voice when she speaks. Someone must've done a number on her at some point in order for her to give him a second glance - much less let him continue to disrespect her. I hope she's since realized she's worth more than this, and so are her children.

@@GoddessPower777 but emotional and physical abuse literally alters your brain. the way you think, the choices you make. at some point you can start to believe that the abuse is your fault or that despite the abuse, this person loves you, etc. it’s not as easy as just walking away. we gotta keep that in mind. if it was, a lot of people wouldn’t be victims at all.

“He bought me an iPad but I paid for it” 🤣🤣 it cringes me when people are always trying to credit or brag about their partner doing and buying things for them with their money and credit 😂 I honestly find it more sad though, like girl open your eyes and focus on reality, you living too deep in fairytale land that you don’t see him using you for your financial and support. 🤦🏻♀️ but in the end, I can’t sympathize for people like the defendant because they continue to choose to stay with the person even when they know he or she is violent, unstable, and broke.

Girl foreal!!! I dated a guy from NY VERY briefly. He never put his hands on me but I could tell he had the potential to. He would fly off the handle, going off on people in traffic, going off on his mama !!! Got so mad one time because my neighbor asked him to move out of HER spot when he was visiting me! Ridiculous! I got rid of him before he started liking me too much lol Ain’t no way! Girls better stop ignoring the red flags.

She should’ve returned that young man’s belongings way before November. Yes, he was angry and the judge did her no favor by not awarding this guy some form of monetary reimbursement for his items. It’s too many incidents of these angry men unaliving women these days. This guy left out the court very angry 😠 , she need to be selective when she’s entering her next relationship.

He’s SLOWWWW! I’m glad she called the cops on him. Make sure his violence is documented. Something domestic violence victims don’t tend to do. I hope she didn’t get back with him. Especially since she has kids, women always let these idiots back in
