That dino necromancer talk gave me a great mystery question idea: Night in the museum but a necromancer is in the British Natural History Museum and you have to stop him from raising all the various animals and taking over London

4:07:00 Dang it. A Terra Invicta Lewis & Ben Save the World playthrough would be amazing!!! Probably comparable to the Xcomfiles in length though. Lewis could be an Earth Commander/Politician. Ben could be Space Commander. They could be Adama and Roslin!

I'm trying this out right now thanks to this comment. I was expecting just the same map trimmed down, but it's a full recreation in a larger scale, expanding the Old World into a map of comparable scale to the entire WH3 map. You could play an entire campaign just in Brettonia and it would be like having all of Naggarond and Lustria to play with.

If you cut of Wolverine’s arm it will regrow but without the adamantium plating. He had his claws cut off and they regrew as bone spikes, no metal. The adamantium isn’t part of his powers, his healing factor is what allowed him to survive the plating process.

Played a 1500 point 4 man free for all about a month ago. My friend had World Eaters and the best part of the game was watching Angron shit stomp up and down the board just eating everything in his path! He didn’t even try to take objectives just role played World Eaters!

There are only a handful of things that I *like* that I can watch or play more than once. I can't imagine intentionally going in to watch something knowing that you hate it.

Tom autoresolved a Tomb King vs Tomb King fight and nuked Bens army he had built up for like 6 episodes lmfaooooo

No because that never happened. If it happened there would be evidence. And if there is supposed "evidence" well that's just fake news probably made with AI. Ben never gets salty. In fact Ben is so unsalty that when he seasons things, he uses half the salt of the normal man because it's just too much of a shock to his system. Please never attempt to defame Mr Benthazar Edgar again. Not that doing so would get any sort of rise out of him of course.

@@bigch33se11 not just any fight, the "bonkers brigade" where then enemy had like 6 different lords with 1 or 2 units each, mostly low tier infantry. It would have been a trivially easy fight but the auto resolve massively overvalued tomb king lords.

You should be pretty happy with those greenskin miniatures tomb kings. I have a bunch myself that I have been painting. Tom may want to check out their chaos dwarves and orcs/gobbos as well.

If you want to play warhammer total war then 3 is the best choice Imo, you can play all factions and campaigns from previous games if you bought dlcs

Maybe WH 2? The tricky thing is certain DLCs make the games better. If you ever want to play Skaven I highly recommend getting the The Prophet & The Warlock DLC.

I think W3 has a bunch of quality of life mechanics that the others don't have, but lots of people rate the W2 campaign higher. I don't mind the campaign in W3, but it can be a bit of a grind.

@@marksutcliffe6355 Yeah, agreed. They made some good improvements in 3 but, damn, the sieges drive me nuts sometimes. I really am torn between 2 and 3 with a slight edge going to 3.

Do you guys only buy your warhammer stuff direct from GW? Is there not a local non-gw game store in Bristol? I'm grabbing my launch box and books from my local store in Nottingham cos they smartly didnt sell any online and have sent it all to their physical stores so it isnt instantly bought by scalpers.

I think purely for the GW sponsored video they did but I believe both have mentioned several times that they get their stuff from a FLGS, just never named it (for obvious reasons) and there's...I think 3 or 4 in Bristol as well as the Warhammer store. I also think they've mentioned ordering stuff from Element Games.
