That happens because they are shown in television a lot. Kardasian this, Kardasian that, West and Kardasian ect. Thus a lot of people are exposed to that crap and just like or follow her show. But I hope it is about to change ;)

MAJOR3058 When it comes to this celebrity business she is even more famous than Will Smith. In that sense, you cannot count the entire State population, only the ones who care about reality TV celebrities. So that makes her show and herself one of the most popular in the US.

David Oliveras Um no, she is not even more famous than Will Smith. She is a tabloid personality. Will Smith, even though i am not a fan, can draw a minimum of 30 million people around the world to leave their homes and go pay to see a movie of his. Kim Kardashian cannot do that. Her show does not even draw the 5.2 million that American Ninja Warrior (whatever the hell that is) drew on NBC last weeks show. and no, it does not make her show and herself one of the most popular in the US. She is popular only to the limited # of people who watch her stupid show. Among "reality tv", stupid crap like Dancing With The Swtars draws 13.6 million for last weeks episode....over 6 times what an episode of Kardashians show draws. It is a stupid show, for a small minority of stupid people, who watch stupid reality tv.
