Some uncalled for comments on here. I have little dogs, some are difficult to groom....... this young lady did marvellous with this cute neglected Yorkie. Well done to the groomer.

You should start with the main body as the face is the most confrontational place, they don’t like it! Start from the neck down the body that way she will have called down and desensitised buy the time you come to do the head.

I think Yorkies hate being groomed, the one i had ( sadly passed ) sulked after being groomed. Great job though was probably feeling so much better afterwards though.

I think had someone held the dog as you shaved and bathed, would have been easier for you! Yorkies are so light-weight, they're hard to hold still. You did really well !

Very nice video. Have you ever considered getting like a go pro so you can wear it while filming? Also, filming the bath and second shave down would be a nice addition. The other thing, have you ever shaved from the neck/backwards and leaving the head and front legs for last? Helps with dogs who are afraid of the noise get used to the noise before going near their face

You should groom the dog from the neck to the body first. Start by introducing her with the sound and vibration of the clippers. Not like that!!! Show the love, not pushy… even though take 2 hours grooming, it doesn’t matter. Oh well

Oh my god, how can you wait so long before deciding to take your dog to the groomer? The danger that the dog will be visited by insects is probably obvious. You can't get through the fur with a comb or brush. I have a Yorkie myself and haircut it as short as can be seen in the video at the end. Taught myself to do this through KZfaq groomer movies. A good hair clipper and other utensils have been purchased and are in use. Such a pet owner should rather buy a stuffed dog that does not require care and attention. Just shameful.

I do not like this groomer. She couldn't control the dog why triming it face. The nails didnt clipped, she didnt shave the pawpads.

You don’t know what you are doing ,the body should have been done first and you should have had the strap around her neck so she wouldn’t move that much,you are not a true groomer

I did watch your video on this Yorkie and it made me cry because I had a yorkie and I cannot understand why anyone would put their little Yorkie is is kind of mess! Shame on you that treated this beautiful baby like this! ANIMAL CRULITY!! I hope you do not get this baby back to you!!
