Toto were formed in LA in the late 70s by a group of friends who were all much in demand session musicians. They went on to epitomise the classic American pop/rock sound of the 80s and 90s with hit albums and singles including Hold The Line, Africa, Ill Be Over You and the multi-Grammy winning worldwide hit Rosanna. This concert was recorded at Le Zenith in Paris in March 2007 in front of a wildly enthusiastic sell-out crowd. It captures the band rocking at their hardest and most powerful and giving a new life to all their best loved tracks.

Joseph Williams is my favorite, but Bobby Kimball is incredible as well he always had that soulful voice which I think was a perfect fit for TOTO. Many people might disagree, but I also really love Isolation with Fergie Fredriksen.

I would recommend young up and coming musicians to model themselves on these guys. They are a super group. Look what they are doing live! With today's pop crap it is refreshing to see real people making music and it's glorious at that.

Unfortunately, Leland subbed in for Mike Porcaro because he was starting to feel the affects of ALS which later killed him in 2015. (Not talking bad about Leland, just saying that is was unfortunate that Mike was suffering from ALS). Leland played with so many artists, TOTO, Phil Collins, Billy Cobham, etc.

I was fortunate enough to see this tour when they hit Spokane and it was incredible. Having seen Toto on their "Isolation" tour and this tour as well makes me one happy music fan. And seeing Jeff Porcaro before he passed away is a memory I will always cherish.

Luke is getting full Petrucci on this one ! I so much LOVE this band, it feels like I have been listening to them MY WHOLE LIFE. This I grew tired of earing them always playing the "MUST BEEN PLAYED TUNES LIST". They have so much fantatstic and still underated - never played live songs !

I just love this lineup. Greg is fantastic and incredibly energetic, Simon is a highly inventive virtuoso with mind bending patterns (and wisely not imitating the distinctive Jeff Porcaro Style), Bobby is such an ace vocalist. Leyland doesn't shine here (he is great but it might not be exactly his gig, Mike Porcaro qas way better - but then again he wasa long time member. Luke: just goot looove that man! Killer guitar!!!! No Luke, No Toto!
