I agree massively Henry. Those saying "Ange out" should leave Spurs. Arteta finished 8th in his first season and so did Klopp and look at them now. We can't judge Ange after one season. Our run of games was very tough, for me, it's not Ange's fault, it's the players. Keep sacking managers and we're gonna end up like Watford.

Henry, Arteta is in his 1st ever management role, 4 years experience. Pep is Pep with a better team than spurs. Ange has managed for like 30 years? How can you compare these managers and performances? It's this kind of delusion that defines spurs fans.

Tottenham manager stubbornness of not changing his tactics and setup. High line attack is fine but you also have to defend.. and yes set pieces are important.

The problem I see for you is that everyone keeps talking about this as a "project", but no one has clearly outlined the likely timeline and milestones of this project so you know how long it will take and what to expect along the way? No one has given you any KPIs to measure progress against beyond finishing places and silverware. Without that, fans tend to default back to those usual ways of judging what they're seeing, and they limit their view to a series of siloed 10-month / single-season periods instead of looking at it as 3 / 4 / 5 years of continuous effort that doesn't pause for the summer. People think Arteta got the time he needed because he won the FA Cup in his first 6 months, but IMO it had more to do with clear communication and being able to outline his "process", so the fans and (perhaps more importantly) the people above him knew what to expect.

Finally! I've been seeing so many comments calling ange delude and i thought it was just arsenal trolls but they are being genuine. As an Arsenal fan i dont really have a dog in this fight but i will say this. If a manager doesnt take set pieces seriously then he is not for this level. Imagine if your team had been just okey at these then you would have way more points because its a huge part of the game today. And his high press do work from time to time BUT he needs to have many more options for when it doesnt work and if he doesnt then it will become just like this. A team that is very easy to read, you cant be a one track horse in this league it will mess you up. And to be very honest. Arsenal have some very annoying fans no question about that, but Tottenham have very very delusional fans you have never been a big club so this talk about winning the league is based in absolutly insanity. Give the bloke a chance to do his job FFS. At the start of the season no one in the Spud's fanbase thought you'd do better than 8th. This season, his 1st season, has been the assessment season and next season is the START of the rebuild. Think it through, he's taken your dross squad and competed for a top 4 spot, had you playing good football until your lack of depth cost you at the end.
