they're both. the beginning part are whistles and the last part is falsettos. both are head voice, but falsettos are placed more towards the front and whistles to the back.

@@NeubTube9 actually their just falsettos it's called high falsetto and it's very similar to whistle note But it's not the same, Ariana used her whistle register in Imagine (Thank U, Next album) only because using your whistle register too much can damage your voice but now she uses them way more like on her positions album and Touch It is on the Dangerous Woman album so it's not possible for this to be whistle 🤍
