You don't need help. Never depend on others as you will always be disappointed. As men, we must comfort ourselves and continue to fight the fight. Things will eventually get better. You just have to stay positive! The minute we let negativity into our mines, we lose the battle. Don't lose the battle bro! Keep pushing through it. What helped me the most was getting a puppy and training it to be the best dog ever. He is now my biggest fan and favorite sidekick.

Don’t do it mate, 6 surgeries must be rough as fck but you are still here ! life is a constant struggle and you are winning by still being here. You got this brother on those rough days just remind yourself that you are the man and can tackle anything that is thrown at you. Com'on man! There are millions of men out here with the trophy wives wishing they would've stayed single. The nagging and complaining, the list of crap they gotta do to keep her smiling is never ever ending. They've most likely throwed their favorite hobby or personal dreams in the trash to please her or a group of family members that new what was better for them. These men have allowed others to plan not only their day, but most often their lives. Each and every day from this moment forward is a bonus and should be played out that way. Tomorrow isn't promised but once the alarm clock rings, you're presented a new canvas. Its your masterpiece and to hell with anyone that has advice or an opinion what brush strokes to use. Consider yourself a hero in the back seat of that taxi. That person driving that cab most likely gave all his dreams up as well, and might be dealing with the same hard knock life but the universe knew YOU were gonna need a ride home. Its not totally off the wall to think that cab driver was gonna stop the clock on life just before you reached out. Sometimes to beat an unfair life, you gotta bend the rules. PLAY DIRTY and keep smiling young man. There is light at the end of the tunnel, just don't complain if its not as bright as you'd hoped for. Its not about how bright the light is, its about making it out of the darkness. These tunnels we get lost in can and most often take multiple years and years to climb out of if we ever get so lucky. We bang our head off the walls, jam our feet against the tracks, spin ourselves into the ground, BUT WE KEEP FIGHTING BECAUSE THATS WHAT WARRIORS DO. There wasn't any hot chicks at the end of the tunnel for me, and dag-gumit, I loved it. It took a few years of change for me, but im now debt free riding a BMW 1250 GSA, taking vacations in the mountains (nowhere near hot chicks) whenever i dang well please. My happy place is riding and pretending I'm still as fast as I once was. Only difference is, im surrounded by old grey headed dudes and bald dudes that love the ride just as much as myself. We tell lies all day and laugh about it. After the vacation, we all split ways and head back home to plan more trips. Your God given rite is to Pursue Happiness, its time you Google the meaning of Pursue and add that definition to your happiness. Find the problem and fix it, or throw it in the trash and start with a new canvas the next morning. The devil came damn close to having me in a headlock inside my tunnel, and I had just barely, in the nic of time, broke his grip enough to make one more mad dash without tripping over something and BAM! I CAUGHT A LITTLE ITTY BITTY SPECK OF LIGHT. Just enough to know where keep my focus. It was the size of a spec of sand. All my focus locked on that and all my energy went to it. No outside noise. No family members had time to help me along MY path, and its been liberating. I got my old self back. I won life and my reward is doing something that reminds me of a much younger and healthier day in my youth. Do we all remember how cool we were? Man, guys, its even better in your 50's I hope this message finds you healthy and happy brother. Most of us are cut from the same cloth, some of us choice to wave them as victory flags instead of crying towels. Time to win the race and wave that flag. Twist the grip off of it boys!
