I love this home! The majority of the living is on the main floor and I love that. It's very cozy for 5,200sq ft. I love that too.

First, this home is beautiful. Thank you for sharing. One observation unless building codes are different in TN compared to other states, the electrical outlets appear to be in the baseboards in many of the rooms. I thought the standard building code for electrical outlets is 18" from the ground? I like the concept and functionality but here we couldn't do that.

Not sure about this floor plan….the great room is too small….the primary bedroom is right off the great room. The primary bathroom finishes are awful. Other parts of the house I love. I think the paint colours are lovely.

Beautiful housing; but, seems that prices has double for housing of some housing seems to have tripled or almost triple price being asked for housing or being advertised for housing.↗I wouldn't want to pay over a half of a million dollars for such nor other housing that's probably going to have some additional high cost added on mortgage; and then additional added high cosr to pay monthly for water, gas and electricity to keep all the beautiful built outside and inside functioning properly to would also have to pay for maintenance persons to do certain jobs to fix and or maintain certain built-in and built-outside of house connections functioning right.↗But, it's really a beautiful home of which a certain persons would love to choose to have to can pay for comfortably to can live in at peace is lovely.
