Even though the mini-snowballs might not be so mini, they are still gorgeous. Highly recommend then…they came so healthy and love them.

Do you recommend having different types of dwarf rainbows in one aquarium or do you recommend keeping them on different aquariums?

Depends on what your goals are! If you're "just a hobbyist" and you want small. pretty, hardy fish that are fairly uncommon, then absolutely go ahead and get yourself a community. If you are a more "dedicated aquarist", then you'd probably prefer to keep the mixing to species that are not closely related to reduce the chance of mix-up or hybridization. If you are a "serious hobbyist/breeder", then your preference should be to maintain species only tanks.

@dansfish, any idea if those green leaf algea eating shrimp will breed in freshwater or are they like amanos and need brackish?

I don't know for sure, but we've had them for several months in the past and I never saw babies, so perhaps brackish?
